Sennari provides solutions and services that address all forms of mobile loyalty within the consumer wireless space. We sell our solutions and services to carriers, web portals and content companies who can achieve an enormous Return on Investment (ROI) from our programs.
How can Sennari make my customers more loyal?
If you're a carrier, web portal or content company Sennari can help you by providing "sticky" applications that keep customers coming back for more. For example, some of our customers offer loyalty point based applications that tie the customer's mobile phone account to a traditional loyalty rewards program based upon spend. Other customers modify mobile phone games to use our token based system for adding prizing and CRM capabilities to games and other mobile applications that create unique up-sell opportunities as well as a more interactive dialog and relationship with customers. Both models have proven amazingly effective at increasing revenue, reducing churn and creating more reasons for interacting with your customers.
Does Sennari do business in my country/market?

What is the financial benefit of enabling my applications or content with the Sennari platform?
Sennari allows for the first time that mobile publishers and rights holders alike can build strong direct relationships with consumers. The effect of this is the ability to cross sell /up-sell those consumers on successive products. But the benefits also start with your very first Sennari enabled product, by optimizing products with event based prizing, games, trialing and gifting normal applications and services that suddenly become more compelling by an order of magnitude.
How will my content or applications get distribution once they have been Sennari enabled?
Two ways: 1) Sennari has held direct publishing relationships with mobile carriers and websites for over 5 years (including tier one carriers in North America and Europe) and continues to manage these. These days Sennari's publishing efforts are in partnership with its application partners including games developers, video producers, artists or any rights holder. 2) Some content holders want to handle their own distribution and therefore Sennari provides a "white label" solution for their partners.

What is a skill with prize game?
A skill based game is a game where the skill of the player predominates over chance in determining the outcome of the game. There are several categories of online skill with prize games, but all involve some form of either single player or head to head games. There are two types of single player games:
- The prize is determined by the outcome of one specific man vs. machine game.
- Tournament where each single player game score is tallied on a leader board and the winners receive pre-determined prizes.
Head to head games are either "asynchronous", where both players compete against the computer separately, and then the scores are compared; or "synchronous" where players compete directly against each other in real time.
Sennari focuses on single player man vs. computer skill games with an immediate prize payout in each game. Phase 2 of the services will add multi-layer tournament and head-to-head games. The advantage of this approach is that the carrier can offer the service without having to first build a huge player base.

What is Bling?
Bling is a custom currency used in PrizePlayTM games. As you earn points in a game for skillful playing, you are awarded Bling in varying amounts. You redeem quantities of Bling for prizes at the Blingadero Rewards Catalog. This can be accessed at www.blingadero.com or on your mobile phone for easy access.
How do your Games of Skill actually work?
Since these games are games of skill and not games of chance, it is typical for companies to charge an entry fee to play and to award prizes. Sennari's game format is usually a token based game where customers buy tokens from the host company to use for game play. PrizePlay games are similar in format to "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" TM TV game show. Participants answer questions in a timed format and earn points in the game with correct answers. As the game advances, there are "payout points" where a player can decide to keep on playing or leave with his earnings to that point in the game. If the player exits the game, his accumulated points (and Bling) (see "What is Bling?") are added to his loyalty account, and the player can go to the rewards catalog and redeem for prizes. Instead of leaving the game, the player may opt to "go for broke" in the attempt to earn more points (and Bling). Once a player answers a question incorrectly, all accumulated points (and Bling) for that game are wiped out. All pre-existing points (and Bling) that you already have in your account are still intact until you decide to redeem them for prizes.
How are you different from other companies providing games and tournaments?
We are the only company providing full service loyalty reward solutions for carriers and content providers, including a robust reward and prizing catalog called Blingadero Rewards. We also create custom rewards catalogs for carriers and other large scale service providers. Sennari's pay per pay structure allows for immediate payout/rewards per person per game. Other companies who feature gaming and tournament play have weak prizing components where prizes are pre-determined and players have to compete-tournament style to win.
